Return Policy & Shipping Policy

Applies to all shipments

Unfortunately, we are are unable to accept returns. There are these rules about the return of perishable goods that we abide by, and cannot accept product if it sent back to us. If you are unhappy with your product, or believe it to be defective, please reach out! We'd love to work with you on a solution.

Orders

All orders placed will be processed for shipping the following day and take 2-4 days to be processed for shipping. Therefore, if you place an order for overnight delivery on a Tuesday after 11 am, that order is expected to ship Wednesday overnight to arrive by Thursday. If you order ground on Monday, the order will ship by Thursday at the earliest.

Alleged defects, misshipped items, or incorrect items sent.

Customer has 3 business days from the date of receipt of package to notify Lunchbox Distribution with pictures of any alleged defects, missing items, or incorrectly shipped items.  After 3 business days, all claims are expressly waived by the Customer.


WE DO NOT SHIP CBD PRODUCTS TO STATES WHERE CBD IS CONSIDERED PROHIBITED. NO INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING IS ACCEPTABLE.
